Terms and Conditions of Booking

1.    Payment Terms

The International Media Forums South Africa is a Business Conferences International Ltd event.

In order to secure your place at the event full payment must be made prior to the event. Business Conferences International Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any customer who has not paid in full. A credit card guarantee may be requested where payment has not been made in full. Payment can be made immediately by credit card

Late registrations received within ten days from the start of the event must pay by credit card at the time of booking. Due to limited conference places, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoice amounts.

2.    Booking Confirmation and conference attendance

Paid delegates will receive a confirmation of their booking and payment by email prior to the event. This will enable entry to the conference.
For security purposes delegates will be required to sign in on arrival at the conference when each delegate will collect a delegate badge and delegate pack.

3.    Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing and agreed by Business Conferences International Ltd. Please quote the reference code IMFSA08. Cancellations made up to and including 21st February 2008 are subject to a 50% administration fee. Thereafter the full event fee is payable and non-refundable.
Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation and does not affect your obligation to pay. All bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability from the date of booking.
Substitute delegates are welcome at any time at no extra charge, but must be confirmed in writing prior to the event.

4.    Indemnity

Should the event be restructured, postponed or cancelled for reasons or circumstances beyond our control, Business Conferences International Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the event and/or withdraw delegate's attendance upon written notice to you. If your attendance is withdrawn by Business Conferences International Ltd or the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your fee. We reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme including speakers, timings and content at any time. The client hereby indemnifies and holds Business Conferences International Ltd harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses including legal fees which are incurred by the client.

5.    Purchase of conference documentation

Paying delegates attending the event will receive documentation including Conference proceedings and copies of presentations where available as part of the delegate package. Conference Documentation will be available for purchase for those who are unable to attend the event itself from two weeks after the event as taken place on receipt of full payment.

6. Jurisdiction

The construction, validity and performance of your agreement with Business Conferences International Ltd will be governed in all respects by the laws of England to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose courts the parties hereby agree to submit.
